    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     On his way to work this morning, btaylor27 shot this photo of Post Office Park blanketed in snow in Portland, ME. "We now have seven inches of snow on the ground and it's still snowing hard," he says.

    A heavy band of snow came in early off the ocean and has already brought 4-7" of snow in Portland, ME which is going to add to the snow totals. Now expecting 24-30" for the Portland, ME area.
