    Foot of snow in Michigan

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iont3ch captured these photos at his apartment this morning in Midland, Michigan, on February 8. "I was pretty excited to see the foot of snow. We haven’t had this much snow out here in a while," he says. "The temperature was approximately 20 degrees Fahrenheit."

    Out here in Michigan, not exactly the Northeast, but still the Eastern Time Zone, we got a foot of snow last night. Combine this with the Atlantic weather system that's hitting New York, and ya - that's a lot of snow.
