    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Donald E. Young Jr. says the snow began coming down steadily at 8:30 this morning. He shot this photo from his front porch at around 12:15 p.m. He is a dialysis patient and said, 'when my medical transport picked me up we immediately got into a car accident.' He was ok but said the van was dented.
