    Blizzard starting in Southern Vermont

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     calebjc documented the snowy landscape in Brattleboro, Vermont, on February 8. He says the weather is definitely getting colder. 'The snow is now half an inch and the roads are almost white,' he said. 'I think we are going to get the big storm later tonight, but I am waiting for the surprise in the morning.'
