    Winter Storm In Elmira NY

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     vinesafarmer told me, 'No accidents yet but a lot of vehicles skidding and sliding on bridges here and very poor visibility. Also there are a lot of tree branches and power lines swaying and drooping down because of the weight of the snow. '

    This is just the beginning of winter storm in Upstate Elmira New York. It is a bit windy, the temp is 34° and visibility is being reduced rapidly. Traffic is at a crawl and the snow is coming down. Stay Safe!!
