    Walmart before the storm

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     BryanGarrett told me, 'People were just eager to get home before the driving ban. People have been stocking up on water, canned goods, etc. The mood has been pretty calm but rushed, a feeling of urgency to get home. Most of the perishables were gone.'
