    Snow Started in NH Capital

    New Hampshire residents in the state capital, Concord, have taken heed in most parts staying off the roads as the super snowstorm ramps up during evening rush hour after work. A few cars are seen in the downtown Concord area as a few inches of snow blanket the downtown copper Capitol dome.
