Heavy snow and howling wind in MA
While indeed the blizzard is a matter of health and safety, it is a magnificent feat of nature, makes one consider how powerful it is and how small we are.
I keep those who are homeless, without power in my thought as I write this, but it is a majestic thing to stand outside in the middle of a virtually dead street - one that is usually extremely full of traffic - and just listen to the wind howling through the homes, feel the sharp flurries coming against you, yet feel so peaceful and calm as you stand out in gratitude of your ability to go back inside to a warm and cozy home to continue to admire the beauty of winter.
