    Time-lapse: Blizzard Nemo Hits Manhattan

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     alexpreditor captured a time-lapse video of the blizzard hitting New York City on February 8 between the hours of 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. 'This was the foggiest I had ever seen the skyline. You can't even see the top of the Freedom Tower,' she said.

    As of 4:45 p.m. on Feb 8, 2013, heavy snow and sleet was falling in New York City. This was the view from my office window, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. I work in the Financial District.
