    Finding the blizzard

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     As the blizzard poured snow into New York City, jfinkel ventured out into lower Manhattan at two in the morning on February 9 to capture photographs of the northeastern blizzard. 'It wasn't like Sandy, but there was one point in time though that the winds picked up and got really intense, and the visibility dropped to twenty percent,' he said. 'After Sandy, I think people here can live through anything. After Sandy the city was crippled. After this blizzard, it's not that bad here. But I think people will stay home because it's cold.'

    Expecting to find a Blizzard of Epic Proportions... It wasn't really that hard... Still captured some great pictures in Lower Manhattan!!
