    After Nemo in The Bronx

Van Cortlandt Park and Woodlawn Cemetery in The Bronx have ideal snowshoeing and cross country skiing conditions this weekend following Winter Storm Nemo. Miles of trails in Van Cortlandt Park and around Woodlawn Cemetery have about 14" of packed snow topped with fluffy powder. They are accessible by the 4 and 2 Subway trains and via the Metro North Harlem Line, Woodlawn stop. Also by the 233rd St. or McLean Ave Yonkers exits off the NYS Thruway. Enjoy some winter recreation right here in The Bronx.
