    Who needs a snow blower?

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Patrick Joyce photographed his 18-month-old daughter, Scarlett, standing in the snow after a large blizzard hit their area of Wilmington, Massachusetts, on February 9. 'She liked it at first, but after a few minutes she wanted to come back in,' he said. He says the weather was not too bad, but he says he regrets not having a snow blower. 'People are starting to dig out of the snow, but nobody can drive yet,' he said.
