    27 inches of snow

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jaynehendry set out to start shoveling the snow off her sidewalk, and was met by this wall of snow. She was surprised at how much had fallen overnight as she spent a lot of time shoveling the previous night. 'The worst part is that you can't shovel into the street, you have to shovel the extra snow onto your property.' Since the snow stopped falling around 1pm, many are coming out of their homes. 'A lot of people have walked by with snow shoes, or snow skies. Even their dogs have shoes on to protect their paws. They seem to love the snow,' she said. While many of her neighbors are out and about, she's decided to 'stay in where it's warm and dry.'
