Another thought is the devastating amount of emissions added to our atmosphere because of idling(there is hardly any wind to clear out the emissions from car exhaust). As a disaster response perspective there is only one way for thousands of cars to move? It is time for a causeway or some sort of bridge over Sinclair Inlet to create better traffic flow and an alternative routes for evacuations(Yes, make it a toll bridge). Things to consider, to know and to fix.
