    No Justice for Meercat

    My beloved cat, Meercat was run down in front of me on purpose on my birthday.The date was 2/6/13. The location is Gulfport, MS. I am not being allowed to press charges. Please see the entire story on my website:

    UPDATE: 2/14/13. I sent my website address to my city counsilwoman and she did not hesitate to come to my aid. Thanks to her charges of careless driving has been filed against the man who ran down Meercat. I can't get him for animal cruelty but careless driving is better than nothing.
