Severe winter storm in Fargo, ND

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     PersianVirgo photographed a snowstorm in Fargo, North Dakota, in the early hours of February 11. He says temperatures at the time were 25 degrees Fahrenheit. 'All paths and roads have not been wiped by snowplow machine and it’s a kind of hard to go out if you have any necessary stuff to do. Also, North Dakota State University Police announced that the classes and offices were cancelled because of critical weather,' he said.
