    The Big Apple

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     While on vacation to NYC for a week with this wife, pcbiju captured this gorgeous photo of the city from the observation deck of the Empire State Building. "The picturesque view was stunning and I was glad to get this shot of the Chrysler Building too," he says. "No city in the world makes you freeze in a moment like the way New York does."

    A visit to the Big Apple was on the cards for quite a few months now. Juggling between hectic project schedules, looking for a rainy day in NYC (just to photograph a sea of umbrellas in Times Square) - we finally planned a visit to the Big Apple sans the above "perfect" conditions in Sep 2012

     

    I took this photograph of the Chrysler Building from the top of the Empire State Building just after sunset and during the blue hour - my 2 favorites skylines
