    Tornado damage to USM Hattiesburg campus

    These are pictures I gathered via Facebook from fellow students of the USM Hattiesburg Campus. A lot of students were not on campus due to Mardi Gras happening on the Gulf Coast. I am a USM student on the Gulf Coast campus. EagleAlerts notified students of the current weather status via email and text message throughout the storm. As far as I understand, everyone is safe on campus and there were no injuries. The campus will be closed on Monday, and workers should return to work on Tuesday.
