Pope's Resignation A Signal Of Forced Church Metamorphosis
I do not believe the resignation of the pope will change much. Change will be forced on the church in the long run. I do believe he is leaving because of the building scandal not only with the secrecy in which he dealt with sex abuse cases but with some of his most controversial statements. Science has proven condoms reduce the spread of AIDs yet he recommends otherwise? It is interesting that the leader of a church with his belief can actually cause more deaths than war with his outdated beliefs and the lack of acceptance of science.
