    No indictment in Longview bar beating death

See if you think this mans family should be devastated over no indictment in his death. The suspects name has never been revealed nor was he indicted. The autopsy report listed his death as a homicide. According to the witness, the victim never threw a punch. After being hit multiple times in the face and head he extended his hand for a truce (handshake), while on his knees when the suspect punched him two more times in the face and drove off leaving him lying in the parking lot. The last two punches to the face being the homicide blows that killed him. Why didn't the grand jury indict the suspect? Please check this out for the victims mother Helen Frost and family.
