    Winds Gust 70 to 80 mph at Chatham, Cape Cod

    The beach grass and dunes were stripped from Chatham's Lighthouse Beach during the 2013 Blizzard on Saturday, due to the high winds that gusted 70 to 80mph. The beach was frozen as hard as asphalt, so no snow accumulated.
