    Helpless in Hamden

    We are going into day 5 and we are still now plowed. One neighbor has to cut through someone's backyard to walk to Wilbur Cross Parkway to meet a friend to drive him the the store to get food. Is that what we have to resort too?  Walking to major parkways?  We have been ignored by our town and we need help. I have 3 kids five and under ad we are running out of food. Please help us!
