CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Residents in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, woke up to downed trees and scattered debris after a tornado tore through late Sunday. jasontgray told me, 'Today several hundred members of the campus community (including students) joined in a 'clean-up' effort to remove debris and trash from the campus grounds. The students do not start classes until [Thursday] and today is the first day back for most faculty and staff members. The campus and the Hattiesburg community are coming together to rebuild and help each other heal.'
