    1 in 3 US Adults suffer from Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure. Hypertension has become a inclining reason for severe heart problems in our modern society. Since hypertension is known as a "silent killer", it is important that every individual be educated about how to recognize and prevent themselves from a situation of high blood pressure. Don't let hypertension get to you. Be Aware.
