    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     HOLadd1 played with shutter speed to achieve this active night shot in downtown Austin, Texas. He set the camera to ISO 100, left the shutter open for 3.2 seconds and steadied himself to grab this shot along the Congress Avenue Bridge.
