I belong to the Islamic faith. As a Muslim I have so much love, admiration and respect for His Holiness POPE BENEDICT XVI. I have been reading his messages from the time His Holiness became a POPE. His Holiness eight messages for the celebration of the world day of peace is a “MUST” read for everyone who value human life and has love for peace in his heart. Here, I like to share with you two quotations from His January 2013 message. “Peace is not a dream or something utopian. It is possible” and “In many quarters it is now recognized that a new model of development is needed, as well as a new approach to the economy. Both integral , sustainable development in solidarity and the common good require a correct scale of goods and values which can be structured with GOD as the ultimate point of reference” . His Holiness is calling on scholars to write about “GOD’S ECONOMICS”
I will miss His Holiness, his speeches, and writing. His contribution the human race will not be forgotten. I wish his Holiness happy, peaceful retirement, and good health.
