On January 31st this boy flew out of a street with a big downward grade on his big wheel type tricycle. I always keep close watch for kids on these streets because of the grade. I look over and sure enough this 3 year old boy comes flying out of the street directly into my path where had I not seen him he would have been run over. I blocked traffic behind and from the street he came out on as the man and women got out to get him and make sure no harm came to him. As I was stopping I snapped this pic. I called the police and when they showed up they found his mother, she was asleep and rubbing her eyes as she came to the door. She said "he snuck out". Well last Wed. he did it again and he was found wandering around in traffic by someone else. Then we found out that in Oct of 2012 he had been found  away from his home and unsupervised walking the street. The police took him to the station where it was stated that it was an hour before the parents called the police looking for him. Unbelievable. Notice the next vehicle is a semi tractor trailer closing in very quickly to the scene.
