Ingredients
1 beef chuck roast (approx. 3 lbs.)
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground oregano
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender enough to shred.

Remove meat from the cooker and let stand. Reserve sauce. Shred meat when it is cool enough to handle. Set aside.
