    16year old hit by a truck

    On november 2,2012 in gainesville,fl. my 16 year old daughter was taking her daily walk she was on her way back home about a mile away from our home she was walking in the ditch on the side of the road when a man in a ford f150 truck hit her and broke her left legg and almost killed her. There was 2 men that saw her being hit and got out of there car and stopped the man that hit her and they called 911 and when the cops and florida highway patrol came on the scene they didn't do anything to the man i have tryed and tryed to fight for my daughter to have justice in this matter.
