    Powerful Blizzard Strikes North Dakota

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Meteorologist f2tornado told me, 'There is no wind damage but some snow drifts are several feet. Radio chatter indicated a number of stranded motorists in town earlier in the day. This is not the biggest storm in terms of snow quantity I have seen but one of the worst for snow plus wind.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

A Presidents Day blizzard wrecks havoc for residents of eastern North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Four to eight inches of snow accompanied by wind gusts in the 50 mph range make this perhaps the worst visibility for the area since Blizzard "Brett" struck in January 2010.
