    Hello my name is Juan D. Roane. I am writing to ask for help. I have a story that needs to be heard and its seem as no one wants to listen ro they just don't care about what is happening in our cities. Can you please help me.

    Mr. Roane has served more than four years of his 13-year sentence. He was convicted of homicide by vehicle in the first degree, serious injury by vehicle and three traffic offenses, including driving under the influence. According to court records and news accounts, on Nov. 7, 2000, Mr. Roane was driving a vehicle that crashed head-on with another on Tobacco Road. James Lamar Ramsey, 16, was killed, and Audrey Hallman was seriously injured.
