    Chef Sheldon - Top Chef

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ChrisMorrow told me, 'I'm just a fan of "Top Chef" and hope he wins!' It seems that was not to be but there's always an 'All-Star' season.

    You can't go to Maui without stopping at Star Noodle to taste what BravoTV Top Chef Sheldon created. When I was there I ran into him and asked for a QUICKfire! Chef Sheldon grinned and said, "Lets cook!"

    Check out my video interview along with photos: 1 - Chef Sheldon in the kitchen at Star Noodle. 2 - Video interview with Chef Sheldon, Pineapple Grill, Honua Kai Resort, Napili Flo Farm. 3 - The quickfire TOP CHEF dish. 4 - Aloha Mixed Plate made the iconic Chef Sheldon red beenie cupcakes to celebrate. 5 - Chef Sheldons Fried salad that got him on the Top Chef show and is on the menu at Leoda's in Maui. 6 - Chef Sheldons wife and daughter. 7 - The Chefs Steamed Pork Buns at Star Noodle. 8 - His Pork, Pork, mmmmm, Pork and Hmm'n sandwiched at Leoda's. 9 - His Malasadas Portuguese sweet bread deep fried and loaded with sugar at Star Noodle. 10 - SPAM is obviously important to Chef Sheldon. Seen locked up at Star Noodle. :)
