With the guilty plea former US Representative Jesse Jackson has admitted to using campaign donations to pay for his high on the hog lifestyle. His purchases include a $43K Rolex watch and a $4600 Fedora once owned by Michael Jackson. The House has rules on what campaign donations can be used for. Federal law also controls what they can be used for.
