China Train Seriously violates Human Rights

1,in the train, people stood there like the first picture showed, people kept smoking, I had sore eyes & throat & lung for days.
2, they have numerous standing tickets selling the same price with seat tickets, in the train people stood foot to foot. you think this is human rights? they have to stand for more than 20 hours.(2nd pic show), in recent years some people took railway department to court for this kind of stupid things, but hardly seen common people won. think about, the railway department sell those no seat tickets, and they can sell as many as they want, and make the train carriage very crowed. the money of no seats tickets go to railway people own pockets, do not you think so?
3, in the train no place to stand, the train  worker still pushed people around for a road, the man sold expensive food with very small box food for 20 yuan.(3rd pic show)
4,in the waiting room, people fought for a seat(this happened in Changde railway station waiting room( 4 th pic show)
5, I have wittnessed a 40 years old man pretended to help people of moving luggage to public bus, the 40 years old man stole wallet, he was held tightly by 3 women, finally the man threw the wallet to bus bottom.and escaped, Changde Train station, Hunan Province China, has become the most dangerous train station in the world, police did nothing/or no police at all, even there were police, did the police really work?, the robbers could push you to their black vehicle to rob, many cases happened already.( I had no chance to take a photo, it happened too quickly,)
6, in a train station a piece of chicken sells several times more than outside market.(5 pic show)
7, in the bus station toilet board, it says people sell gun & overpowering drugs(6 th pic show)

these pictures taken by me on the train journey home (from Shanghai -Huaihua)duing the Spring Festival(Chinese New Year, 24 Jan 2013)
