    Sound-off

Unfairness, Corruption, and Bullying in the Sneaker World.

So there is sneaker society, made of hardcore sneaker lovers, come every parts of the country. The thing is they are being treated unfairly and cheated by people both in the industry and high rollers who buy the sneakers at retail only to sell at rip-off price. Lets start with Nike: they are selling shoes from $160 upto $305. Not only that, sneaker price jumped to an increase of $40 more from just a couple of years ago, and just from changing jordan jumpman logo to nike-air old school logo jump the price up anywhere from $30 to $40 more.

My next issue, despite dealing with price gouging on your most memorable childhood sneaker, is to compete with low lifes (high rollers) out there to buy a pair of sneakers. These guys corner the sneaker game where they can buy all the sneakers online to resell at mark- up of more than $100. They do this through a computer program that buy all the shoes they want, in any size, in a record time of under 5 seconds. This prevent other people from buying a pair, and because the program can buy ten pairs of sneakers in matter of second (for example) crashes website like Nike. I have always had a feeling that there was something "sketchy" but I did not know what it was until now. I have tweeted all the major sneakers company and few have replied, like footlocker, Eastbay and ChanpSport, which i am greatful for. Check this link out it legit and reputable sneaker website referred it. http://sneakerbardetroit.com/2013/02/discussing-nikestore-nike-rsvp-major-flaw-exposed/
