    Topeka Winter Storm

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Israel7 captured video of snow falling outside his home in Topeka, Kansas, on February 21. He says when he woke up that morning the snow was coming down heavily, and fell until the early afternoon. He says at least 10 inches accumulated on this yard. 'My front yard was completely cover, but my neighbor had a snow blower and he helped me clear out a pathway from my house. I don't even know his name,' he said. He says one day later, snow still remains on the roads of his neighborhood. 'I'm supposed to go to work today, but I don't have much practice driving through snow. I'm from Florida, so that should be interesting,' he said.
