APPLE AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER CEO GONE BAD
i used to work at an apple authorized service provider, this client got attacked by the owner/ceo of the business. the story goes like this: she doesnt want to pay for a backup which was gonna cost her $250 us "WOW" . so she tried to leave without paying. the owner then locks the doors, lockin everybody up. she tries to kick the glass from the door,because she was hyperventilating and needed air, she was paranoid. anyways. the point is. no mather what happens, this is not the way u treat a client like this. THIS IS NOT, I REPEAT NOT THE SERVICE YOUR SUPPOSED TO GET FROM APPLE.
