    When I lost my job and insurance,I was so afraid to seek medical help in USA,that I flew to Russia,when injured tendons of right upper arm.Three doctors visits and 15 ultrasounds ,list of exercise for codition free of charge helped me to regain use of arm.No x-ray or other
    tests were ordered.Why Russia?Because I have rela-
    tives there.
