    The Oscars on Hollywood Blvd.

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     With the Oscars right around the corner, MarieSager says she headed down to Hollywood Boulevard on Friday, February 22, to catch a glimpse of the groundwork for the Oscars live in action. "I live in LA, and wanted to see the new signage for the Dolby Theatre. I've never seen so many Oscar ID badges, no matter where I turned everyone had a badge," she says. "I'll be watching the show. I never miss the Oscars! I love film."

    The Oscars have taken over a few blocks of Hollywood Blvd. and these photos are just a little glimpse of the buildings surrounding the area.

     

    By the way "The Academy Awards" is now known as "The Oscars".
