This iReport is part of an assignment:
Outside of the Box...Enchiladas.
My problem is I hate following rules..Any rules...I try and not stay on my side of those pesky double yellow lines while driving....No Chewing gum on the hiking trail..??...I'm looking for my gum....May seem funny but this is a real problem for me.
My Mother once ask me when I was 12 or 13.... "Son, I told you not to watch TV after 10pm and get to bed so late...You need plenty of sleep before school tomorrow"
"So why did you stay up and watch TV past 10?" She Asked.
> "Because you told me to be in bed by 10...That's why I stayed up"....
So I was grounded....My mother didnt' mess around and had no appreciation for sarcasm.
Fast forwrad to now...
I'm being told by the food police.....No, don't make this that way,,
No, You're not supposed to cook this with that.
DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!
Today...I chose to experiment with Enchiladas.
I made some sort of traditional...Bean, Cheese, Jalapeno, Onion....
Then I got in trouble with the Mexican Food Overlords..
> I Made 4 kinds.
- The first I already mentioned.
Next...... - Poblano pepper in long strips.
Again - Spinach n Cheese - Which I've seen a couple times on a few menus.
- And then...A total abomination....Zucchini, onion and White American Cheese...
Total blaspemy...I've been shamed to hades.
Geezzzz....Can I get a break from the loco Latinos?
