    "The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences" promotes diversity....BULLSHIT. SHAME ON THEM. Hispanics/Latinos are outraged with the lack of recognition for Lupe Ontiveros (RIP)...totally Ignored at The Academy Awards.
