3 cups whole wheat flour, sifted
1/4 cup clarified butter or melted ghee
2 tablespoon curd
Salt to taste
Mix together all ingredients to form a dough.
Divide the dough into 8-10 lemon sized balls and cover it with wet muslin cloth. Leave it for about 60 minutes.
Cook the , dough balls over hot coals until golden brown on all sides.
