Racism at Golden Corral
On Saturday Feb. 23rd I had a birthday dinner for my son at Golden Corral in West Jordan, Utah. My family is of all races but myself is a mix of African American and white. As we were finishing up dinner a couple walked in with a sweatshirt that says Skinhead Army on it. I approach the manager and asked him to do something about this situation and he pretty much refused. Instead he catered to the two individuals that were wearing the sweatshirts. These individuals were also smelling of marijuana and could not stop twitching while they were there. As I mentioned it was a kid party and they were using the f word every other word and yet were still allowed to stay in this establishment. Then as we were leaving the waitress apologized to them for our actions. We did nothing wrong but ask that something be done about their sweatshirts and their language. I have yet to hear back from Golden Corral about the situation so I am hoping that you can post the story and put it out their what kind of business they are running. I believe in order to stop racism we need to stop excepting it in simple situations as this. Please please share my story so we can make a difference. Thank you so much!
