    Blizzard Damages Storm Door of University Student Housing House in Plainview, TX.

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JulieSwift told me, 'Things have cleared up now. The snow is starting to melt and the roads are improving. It's still very windy, though. Earlier, I got out to drive in all of this to go to campus for breakfast and lunch. Driving wasn't too bad the first time, around 9:15 this morning. The snow on the roads was still powdery and provided some traction. Later, it got bad. We've had large snowfalls in Denton the past three years. I lived there before I moved to Plainview. However, blizzards are almost unheard of in the metroplex. I've never experienced anything like this before!'

    High winds broke the bottom pain of a house used to house WBU students. The damage occured between 9AM and 10:30AM on Monday morning.
