When was the last time you ran anywhere? How far was it, and why were you running? This weekend Jason Zacher will run 100 miles in an effort to raise money for the Salvation Army Veterans Family Center in Beaverton Oregon and the charity Angels Anonymous. He will be leaving downtown Portland, Oregon around noon on Saturday and will run 100 miles non stop through mountains all night to arrive in Lincoln City, Oregon, Sunday afternoon. He has been training for months to prepare for his run, and is very excited to have this opportunity to raise money for both charities.
