    Why aren't you in School?

    I began to wonder off in the streets of La Ceiba Honduras around 1pm during the process, I came across this young child in her gated theatric area yet the seats was empty she dances and sings. Then slowly comes to a complete stop as she notices me, she just stares at me changes a position while my camera freezes time. This moment would not have happen if this young child was in school, let me fill you in why she wasn't in school in the month of January Public Schools were closed caused teachers weren't getting paid.
