    Brooks County Ga Flooding

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jkluke captured footage in south Georgia, where the Withlacoochee River is almost 20 feet above the flood stage, according to USGS data from today. He said the river is about a foot from flooding his cabin in Brooks County, and other cabins in the area have flooded. jkluke has a degree in environmental geoscience.
