We Vote for Peace! ; The Kenyan Election Story
After the 2007/08 post election violence, each and everyone has made it their obligation to spread messages of peace all over the country ahead of the forthcoming general election.
Concerts, Forums, peace rallies have been held to advocate for tranquility and harmony as we prepare for March 4th, the election date.
The presidential candidates also signed peace pledges, vowing to promote and keep peace.
Kenya has come very far in healing to risk going back to that same position we were in 2008, I, have been born and brought up in Kenya and never in my life have i seen fellow countrymen and women so full of love and patriotism.
We ask the international community to keep us in prayer and the international media to showcase our election stories in the proper light. Show our journey to peace and our reform process!
YES! we are armed and ready to vote, but the only weapon we are going to use is our votes on the ballot!
Kenya Hakuna Matata!!
