Catholics: Your views on new pope |
Focus on Peter
At the last Angelus of Pope Benedict the XVI on 24 February I found myself on a perfect spot. The huddle of cameras with telephoto lenses (obviously from mainstream press people) are actually focused on the window where the Pope delivers his Sunday message. Here we see that they all point to the direction of St. Peter's statue. An insight: the sede vacante of the Catholic Church focuses on the next move: the election of Peter's successor.
