    3000 VA DECA Students Showed Disturbing Clip

    High school students at Virginia State DECA Conference showed disturbing images regarding cell phone silencing. The 30 second clip featured multiple crude and disturbing messages accompanied by vulgar drawings. Intended to warn students to turn off their phones, the clip offenses many of the 3,000 students who were forces to view it.
